UKICT Business Email Acceptable Use Policy

Last Updated: July 2026 This Acceptable Use Policy governs all business email services provided by UKICT. To ensure exceptional delivery rates and server performance for all our clients, we enforce a strict, zero-tolerance policy against infrastructure abuse. By activating a UKICT subscription, you agree to follow these terms:

  1. Zero Tolerance for “Email Warmup” Services Automated email warmup tools are strictly prohibited on our network. These platforms manipulate mail delivery patterns and severely damage our curated IP reputation, directly harming mail delivery for all other legitimate business clients. Connecting or using any email warmup platform with your UKICT account will result in immediate service suspension.
  2. Strict Anti-Spam & Cold Outreach Policy Sending unsolicited marketing or bulk emails is a direct violation of our service. Masking these campaigns under terms like “cold outreach,” “lead generation,” or “B2B prospecting” does not alter the fact that unsolicited email is classified as spam. Users must only send emails to contacts who have a legitimate, verifiable business relationship or have explicitly opted in.
  3. Prohibition of “Account Farming” & Domain Abuse Creating bulk aliases, temporary disposable mailboxes, or misusing catch-all routing to artificially create mass accounts on third-party platforms (known as account farming) is strictly forbidden. All mailboxes and aliases created under your domain must correspond to genuine business operations and real users, not automated account-generation tools.
  4. 4. Billing, Refunds & Flexible Cancellation To keep our pricing highly competitive and eliminate restrictive long-term contracts, we operate on a pre-paid, pay-as-you-go rolling monthly model via PayPal. All payments are final, and we do not offer refunds based on user dissatisfaction or technical learning curves. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time via PayPal, and the plan will simply not renew at the end of the billing cycle.
  5. UK GDPR & Data Privacy Compliance UKICT acts strictly as a Data Processor for your business email infrastructure. We maintain rigorous security, encryption, and privacy standards. In return, your business agrees that its use of the email service complies fully with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act, ensuring you respect the privacy rights of your email recipients. 6. Immediate Suspension for System Abuse If our real-time monitoring detects an account actively damaging our IP reputation (e.g., triggering sudden blacklists, spam traps, or massive bounce rates), UKICT reserves the right to immediately suspend outbound mail capabilities to protect our platform. We will alert you immediately of the issue to work toward a resolution before service is restored.
